Insurance Sales Executive

What role you will play in team: You will be the face of Probus, building relationships with clients and selling our insurance products. You'll contribute directly to our sales targets and revenue growth.

What you will do: Prospect for new clients, present insurance plans, handle objections, close deals, and maintain client relationships. You will work towards exceeding individual and team sales targets.

Key responsibility:

• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Present and sell insurance products to potential clients.
• Handle client inquiries and objections effectively.
• Close deals and secure new business.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Attend training sessions and stay updated on new products and industry trends.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven sales experience (preferred).
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of general insurance products (preferred).
