This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Odisha, India. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance by managing a team, developing strategic sales plans, meeting sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities. Other day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, providing product education, analyzing market trends, and delivering exceptional customer service to exceed expectations.

• Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Proficiency in Team Leadership, Goal Setting, and Performance Management
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
• Basic understanding of the insurance market or financial products industry
• Proven ability to analyze market trends and craft effective strategies
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage
• Fluency in English and local languages of Odisha is beneficial
