Hiring for Lead Product Manager

At Procol, a Lead Product Manager is not just a roadmap ownertheyre a strategic thinker, a customer champion, and a builder at heart. This role is pivotal in shaping how enterprises transform procurement by scaling Procols core product across verticals and geographies.

You should be equally comfortable zooming into user journeys and zooming out to define product strategy. What you will do:

• Drive Product Strategy- Define and evolve product vision and roadmap in line with business goals and customer needs, keeping scalability and impact at the core.
• Own End-to-End Execution- Translate user problems into product requirements, manage sprint cycles, and lead product development from ideation to launch.
• Deeply Understand Users- Conduct discovery, customer interviews, data analysis, and usability studies to build intuitive, high-value features.
• Cross-Functional Leadership- Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to ship great products and drive adoption.
• Metrics & Impact Ownership- Define success metrics, track performance, and continuously iterate based on insights and feedback.
• Scale Product Thinking- Mentor PMs, contribute to product frameworks, and help scale the product function as the team grows.
• Customer-First Thinking- Act as the voice of the customer and internal stakeholders, balancing priorities across user needs and business constraints.

What would you bring to the table:

• 69 years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech
• Proven success in owning and scaling products from 0 to 1 and 1 to 10
• Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with data and defining product KPIs
• Deep user empathy and a structured approach to problem-solving
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments
• Bonus: Exposure to procurement, supply chain, or fintech products
