This job family plays a crucial role in driving sales growth and optimizing our market strategy. They work closely with other teams to ensure alignment and execution of our sales strategies.:The Category/Sector/Channel MS&P role is a key contributor to the execution of business strategies. This role is responsible for enabling Sales teams to deliver NOS, share, and productivity targets. This includes providing insights into market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring the effective implementation of marketing strategies.Key Responsibilities:Contribute to and execute strategies in team / organizationIdentify and lead developments of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or productsCollaborate effectively within immediate team or work domain to maximize job impact and personal learningAccomplish tasks as an individual contributor with limited supervisionDevelop knowledge and skills necessary for current job requirementAwareness of relevant external (legal, tax) and internal stewardship requirements and act accordinglyJob Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fiel
