Role Description The Equity Advisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat. The Equity Advisor will guide clients on equity and related investment options, helping them understand risk, return, and portfolio diversification. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting clients, assessing financial goals, recommending suitable equity products, and monitoring client portfolios for performance and alignment with objectives. The role involves providing high-quality customer service, explaining market trends in accessible language, and responding to client queries in a timely and professional manner. The Equity Advisor will collaborate with sales and operations teams, maintain accurate records of client interactions, and adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Knowledge of investments and finance, including equity markets, basic financial instruments, and risk assessment.
• Experience in sales within financial services or related domains, with the ability to identify client needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Understanding of portfolio management principles, including asset allocation, diversification, and ongoing performance review.
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., NISM, CFA level, or equivalent) are an advantage.
• Ability to analyze market data, use basic financial tools or software, and prepare clear, concise reports for clients.
• High ethical standards, attention to detail, and commitment to regulatory compliance and responsible advisory practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
