- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle billing and payment processes when required.
- Manage customer queries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Keep track of stock levels and inform the manager about shortages.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, offers, and promotions.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
