• We are seeking a dynamic Influencer Marketing Manager to spearhead influencer
• collaborations, coordinate brand events, manage sponsorships, and drive strategic partnerships
• that strengthen Aquenchs market presence.

Role Overview

The Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and executing 360 influencer and partnership strategies to amplify brand reach. This includes identifying and onboarding influencers, planning events, driving sponsorship opportunities, and establishing collaborations with key stakeholders in sports, fitness, wellness, and lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Partnerships

• Identify, negotiate, and onboard micro, macro, and celebrity influencers aligned with the brand.
• Plan and execute influencer campaigns for product launches, seasonal activations, and ongoing brand storytelling.
• Build long-term relationships with influencers, agencies, and talent managers.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ROI, and influencer engagement.

• Plan and manage brand activations, product launches, sports/fitness events, and experiential campaigns.
• Ensure smooth execution of on ground and digital events, coordinating with vendors, agencies, and internal teams.
• Integrate influencer presence in events for maximum visibility.

• Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities in sports, marathons, fitness expos, college fests, and lifestyle events.
• Manage contracts, negotiations, and deliverables with external partners.
• Drive brand collaborations and co-marketing initiatives with like-minded wellness, fitness, or lifestyle brands.

• Develop partnerships with gyms, sports academies, healthcare institutions,
• and wellness platforms to increase visibility.
• Build relationships with PR agencies and media outlets to amplify campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of influencer and
• partnership activities with brand objectives.

• Track and analyze campaign performance (reach, impressions, engagement,
• conversions).
• Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing influencer and event ROI.

• 23 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or brand partnerships
• (FMCG/D2C experience preferred).
• Strong network of influencers, agencies, and event organizers in fitness, wellness, and
• lifestyle sectors.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end campaigns, events, and sponsorships.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and ROI tracking.
