Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Bhubaneswar. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The role involves building and maintaining candidate pipelines for a variety of roles, with a focus on academic, technical, and operational positions aligned with Protrainys e-learning business. The specialist will support employer branding initiatives by drafting job postings, engaging on professional platforms, and representing Protrainy at events or campus drives. Day-to-day responsibilities also include updating recruitment reports, maintaining accurate candidate records, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and improve recruitment practices.

Qualifications

• Strong full-life cycle recruiting and recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
• Experience in structured interviewing and assessment, with solid interviewing skills.
• Ability to contribute to and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Knowledge of hiring best practices, labor market trends, and candidate experience standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), professional networking platforms, and basic HR tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Prior experience in an edtech, startup, or training-focused organization is an advantage.
