Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Account Manager located in New Delhi. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing inquiries or concerns. Daily responsibilities include managing accounts, providing excellent customer service, identifying client needs, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. Additional tasks may involve leading negotiations, creating reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Effective client communication, problem-solving, and relationship management capabilities
• Ability to analyze data and create detailed reports
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software
• Experience in customer service or account management
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the co-living or real estate industry is a plus
