Role Description

This is an internship role for a Talent Booking Manager, located on-site in Ahmedabad. The Talent Booking Manager will be responsible for scheduling and managing bookings for talent, coordinating with clients and talent agencies, and negotiating contracts. They will also assist in planning events and ensuring the availability of talent for various marketing activities. Day-to-day tasks include outreach, maintaining records of bookings and contracts, and providing logistical support for talent engagements.

• Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with clients and talent agencies
• Skills in contract negotiation and event planning
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Ability to provide logistical support and manage multiple engagements simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using digital platforms and tools for managing bookings
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Marketing, or related field is a plus
