Job Description

  • JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Title: Executive/Sr. Executive - Sales
  • Department: Sales
  • The position reports to: Team Manager
  • Role Description
  • 1. Contacting and following up with new Clients and setting up new business opportunities.
  • 2. Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business, and cold calling for sales of Primary
  • properties
  • 3. Understand clients needs and propose solutions that suit them best
  • 4. Attending developer meetings & channel partner orientations as and when required
  • 5. Convert prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate residential properties to the prospects matching the investment/residential needs of the prospects
  • Requirements
  • 1. 1+ years of relevant work experience in the real estate/or any other service industry
  • 2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • 3. Persuasive with marketing and sales skill
  • 4. Customer service orientation
  • 5. High levels of passion and ownership
  • 6. Completed Graduation and above
