Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced D2C eCommerce Manager with good expereince in Google & Meta Ads (INDIA & USA) with 3-4 years in the consumer goods or nutrition category. The candidate will manage our online sales channels and drive growth through effective use of digital marketing tools.

Responsibilities:

• Google Ads: Create, manage, and optimize campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
• Meta Ads: Develop and manage ads on Facebook and Instagram, ensuring optimal performance.
• CRM Management: Oversee the CRM system to enhance customer relationships and retention.
• Customer Lifecycle Management: Develop strategies for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Growth Marketing: Implement strategies to expand the customer base and drive sales growth.

Key Skills Required:

• Expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and customer lifecycle management.
• Strong background in Growth Marketing.
• Analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
