Digital Marketing Executive (Social Media)

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing. The individual will be responsible for planning, executing, managing, and optimizing across multiple client accounts for digital presence while ensuring alignment with brand objectives and marketing goals.

Roles and Responsibilities -

• Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and community growth across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, X, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• Create, curate, and manage content calendars in coordination with content, design, and client servicing teams.
• Coordinate with copywriters and designers to ensure timely development and delivery of social media content.
• Manage day-to-day publishing and scheduling of content across social media platforms.
• Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and audience interactions to ensure timely responses and community management.
• Track digital marketing trends, platform updates, competitor activities, and emerging digital trends to identify opportunities for brands.
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, contests, influencer collaborations, and engagement initiatives.
• Prepare monthly and campaign-wise performance reports, analyse key metrics, and derive actionable insights for improvement.
• Conduct brand, industry, and competitor research to support content planning and campaign ideation.
• Coordinate and assist in social media shoots, including content planning, shoot execution, basic styling support, and on-ground coordination.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure all deliverables are aligned with client expectations, brand guidelines, and timelines.
• Maintain proper documentation, content repositories, approvals, and social media trackers for assigned accounts.
• Contribute creative ideas and recommendations to improve campaign performance and brand engagement.
• Ensure timely closure of tasks, adherence to processes, and proactive communication with internal stakeholders.

• Certifications in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing will be an added advantage.
