Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview details, feedback, and next steps.
  
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist with preparing job descriptions and posting vacancies across relevant platforms.
• Support the recruitment team in candidate follow-ups and offer coordination.
• Participate in recruitment drives, campus hiring, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate hiring documentation.
