We are looking for Test Lead to join GRC team. This role requires strong leadership skill and domain skillon IRM, Compliance Tools and Testing, Risk Events and Risk profile reporting.
Responsibilities:
Experience : 2-9 Years ( Minimum 4 years in ServiceNow Domain- especially in ServiceNow IRM and 2 years in leadership role)

QA - STLC lifecycle and knowledge on anyone of the testing tool
ADO + ServiceNow ATF is good to have skill set.

Core competency must be ServiceNow IRM and testing tool (ADO, Jira, Snow testing tool or Bugzilla)

Advanced Risk & Compliance Management
Thought leadership, consultation, mentoring & guidance for design, development, and execution of IRM, Compliance Tools, Risk Events and Risk profile reporting functional/regression testing
Collaborate with product owners, developers, and process leads to convert user stories and acceptance criteria into test cases.
Define and manage end-to-end test scenarios covering all business scenarios for each Tower with in GRC program
Work closely with the Product Dev and Business teams to ensure test coverage aligns with business requirements.
Design and maintain test plans, test strategies and test data sets for various LODs (1LOD, 2LOD, 3LOD).
Conduct impact analysis for releases, upgrades, and defect fixes, and identify required test coverage.
Provide test reporting, defect analysis, and UAT support during releases.
Recommend improvements to test strategy, automation coverage, and DevOps integration
Promote and support implementation of automated CI/CT/CD pipeline

Mandatory skill sets:
4+ years of hands-on experience with GRC domain with Risk Management, Compliance Management, Risk Reporting and Enterprise Data Management
2+ years of experience in leadership role to manage GRC Program Team
Strong understanding of agile testing methodologies, Jira/Azure DevOps integration, and test lifecycle
ADO + ServiceNow ATF is good to have skill set.
Selenium + Java and Playwright are good to have skill set
Preferred skill sets:
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - IRM or GRC
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and ATF test integration
Prior experience working in large global financial institutions
Excellent documentation, communication, and defect-tracking skills
