Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Associate - Business Analyst with experience in Financial Services Global Capability Centres (GCCs), combining strategy consulting, operating model design, and strong technology orientation. The role will support banking and financial services GCCs across strategy formulation, benchmarking, cost & process optimization, organization design, and AI-enabled transformation, working closely with business and technology stakeholders.
Financial Services GCC Strategy
Support GCC strategy formulation for Banking / Financial Services clients, including scope definition, maturity assessment, and phased growth roadmaps
Design target operating models (TOMs) for FS GCCs across business, operations, risk, finance, and technology functions
Work towards setting up FS transformation COEs and value realization
Benchmarking, Cost & Productivity Optimization
Conduct FS-specific benchmarking across cost, productivity, pyramid, span of control, and service mix
Drive cost optimization and productivity improvement initiatives using automation, technology leverage, and demand shaping
Process Optimization (Business + Technology)
Lead process standardization and re-engineering initiatives across banking operations and technology-enabled processes
Apply Lean / Six Sigma / consulting frameworks to improve efficiency, quality, and control effectiveness
Technology & AI Enablement
Identify opportunities to embed AI, automation, and digital solutions within FS GCC processes
Support AI use-case identification and prioritization (e.g., operations efficiency, risk & controls, reporting, decision support)
Work with technology teams on AI-enabled operating models, automation roadmaps, and productivity tracking
Understand and support initiatives across core banking, payments, lending, risk, and data platforms
Stakeholder Management & Consulting Delivery
Develop executive-ready presentations for senior business and technology leadership
Engage with stakeholders across Business, Operations, Risk, Finance, and Technology
Work in a consulting-style delivery model, supporting multiple FS GCC initiatives
Preferred Candidate Profile (Refined)
6-7years experience in Financial Services GCC / GIC / Shared Services
Prior experience with Big 4 or reputed consulting firms working in the FS GCC space
Strong exposure to strategy, benchmarking, cost optimization, org design, and technology led

Technology orientation with exposure to:
Banking platforms (core banking, payments, lending, risk systems)
Automation / AI / analytics initiatives in FS environments
Strong PowerPoint storytelling and Excel-based analytical skills
Candidate should be willing to travel to client location within and out Bangalore on project basis for project delivery and implementation
