Job Description
Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Wealth Transformation
Experience: 13-22 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Wealth Transformation initiatives.
- Drive digital customer journey enhancements across web and mobile platforms.
- Work closely with Relationship Managers (RM), business stakeholders, product, and technology teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, PI Planning, and manage requirements using Jira and Confluence.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams using Figma and support the end-to-end mobile release lifecycle.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Wealth Management and RM functionalities.
- Excellent Business Analysis skills with Agile/SAFe methodology.
- Hands-on experience with PI Planning, Jira, and Confluence (mandatory).
- Exposure to digital/mobile transformation projects and customer journey mapping.
- Experience with Figma and mobile application delivery is preferred.
