HR INTERN

Industry: Information Technology and Services sector, specializing in innovative tech solutions.

We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our dynamic HR team at Pyxidia Techlab LLP, located on-site in India. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources functions within a fast-growing tech company.

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in screening resumes and scheduling interviews to support recruitment efforts.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation and orientation.
• Participate in maintaining HRIS databases and updating employee records accurately.
• Help organize HR activities such as training sessions and employee engagement events.
• Draft and manage internal communication materials and reports.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team to streamline daily HR operations.

• Must-Have
• Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
