D365 CRM Technical Consultant

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
• Work on plugins, workflows, JavaScript, and custom business logic.
• Develop and maintain Power Automate flows and Power Apps.
• Customize CRM entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business processes.
• Work with Dataverse, C#, .NET, and REST APIs for integrations.
• Handle data migration, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and other technical teams.
• Provide technical support and maintain project documentation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM technical development.
• Strong knowledge of D365 CRM customization and configuration.
• Hands-on experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and plugins.
• Experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Knowledge of Web API, REST APIs, and system integrations.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or other CRM modules.
• Knowledge of Azure services and DevOps.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications are an advantage.
