Job Description
- ABOUT THE ROLE
- The Finance Lead will own the finance function and partner directly with the founders to drive financial planning, business
- performance, commercial decision-making, governance and scalable finance processes.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- ● Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning (FP&A).
- ● Develop financial models and business performance dashboards.
- ● Partner with founders on strategic planning and business decisions.
- ● Drive pricing, profitability and commercial finance analysis.
- ● Manage manufacturing finance, costing and inventory controls.
- ● Oversee accounting, audits, statutory compliance and taxation.
- ● Manage cash flow, treasury and working capital.
- ● Support fundraising, investor reporting and due diligence.
- ● Implement ERP, automation and finance process improvements.
- IDEAL CANDIDATE
- ● CA preferred; MBA (Finance) is an advantage.
- ● 8–12 years of finance experience.
- ● Background in Cosmetics, FMCG, Consumer Products, Manufacturing or Pharmaceuticals.
- ● Strong expertise in FP&A, Business Finance, Costing, MIS, Compliance and Commercial Finance.
- ● Experience working with founders or high-growth businesses.
