Accounts Receivable Specialist

What role you will play in team: Manage the collection of outstanding payments from customers.

What you will do: You will be responsible for sending invoices, following up on overdue payments, and resolving customer inquiries.

Key responsibility:

• Prepare and send customer invoices.
• Follow up on overdue payments.
• Resolve customer inquiries and disputes.
• Maintain accurate customer records.

• Reconcile accounts receivable balances.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 0-1 years of experience in accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
