General Summary:

About GBFS Team: The Global Business and Finance Support (GBFS) team provide support to HQ and global regional team on Finance & Business Operation activities. This job role supports FP&A activities for Qualcomm RF360 business, with manufacturing Location in Wuxi, Munich and Singapore. The role entails leading the RF360 finance FP&A team and overseeing key responsibilities such as OpEx management, Scrap Calculation, Inventory Management and reporting, Cost center expenses Analysis and reporting, Budget and Forecasting process, Revenue Reporting and Analysis, Supports Month end closing, Standard cost movement understanding and other relevant work involves around manufacturing segment.

Job Overview:

• Lead the RF360 Finance FP&A team, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of all financial processes and reports.
• Establish review mechanisms for team outputs, proactively identify potential risks, and implement preventive controls to maintain process integrity.
• Provide comprehensive training to team members on end-to-end tasks and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), emphasizing their importance for compliance and efficiency.
• Drive process improvements, create and review backup plans for all activities, lead & drive AI and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency across regions.
• Develop a deep understanding of upstream and downstream processes, guiding the team to achieve complete control and efficiency.
  
• Identify areas for improvement within assigned activities and implement robust processes to strengthen controls and optimize performance.
• Work closely with global stakeholders in Wuxi, Singapore, and Munich through regular reviews, transition calls, and process documentation (including SOP preparation).
• Individual will require to do morning shift ~2-5 day in a month to support Singapore and Wuxi time zone and evening support to manage Munich as per requirement.
• Perform additional ad hoc finance activities from time to time.

Requirements:

• 5 to 8 years relevant industry experience in finance FP&A activities, with experience in Manufacturing added advantage.
• Excellent Advance Excel Skills with Macro (VBA) and Tableau added advantage.
• Can identify issues and root causes and uses own judgement to provide feedback solutions to complex problems and can identify the potential solutions
• Morning Shift for ~2-5 days in a month during month end close (Starting 5 AM morning)
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize own work and respond to ad hoc requests as needed; able to make quick and accurate decisions.

  Basic understating of AI, including its application and potential use within Finance domain.
• An effective team lead who takes initiative, motivates the team, and drives process efficiency through AI and automation..
• Understanding of Finance ERP Tool, SAP knowledge added advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to connect with stakeholders globally and drive the team engagement.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and upskills with tools Tableau, Power BI etc.

Education Requirements:

• ICWA Cost Accountants/MBA - Knowledge or experience of Manufacturing segment added advantage.

Minimum Qualifications:

Morning Shift for ~2-5 days in a month during month end close (Starting 5 AM morning)
