Job Description

You will be collaborating with Workforce Management and Operational teams to analyze data formats and structures from in-house Workforce Management systems or client CRM/WFM systems. Your role will involve designing and implementing a scalable data warehouse or data lake with appropriate data pipelines. It will be your responsibility to ensure automated processing of operational data for generating standardized and customizable KPI matrices and dashboards. Additionally, you will lead the creation of systems that allow flexibility for client-specific rules and calculations. Integrating AI/ML solutions for predictive analytics and business insights will also be part of your tasks. You will establish data governance and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards, monitoring data quality and optimizing performance across the data ecosystem. Acting as a technical leader, you will be mentoring and managing a small team of data engineers while providing regular updates to stakeholders and collaborating on defining long-term data strategies.
To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field. You are required to have at least 8 years of IT experience with a minimum of 5 years in data engineering or architecture roles. Hands-on experience with data pipeline tools and cloud platforms such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and AWS Glue is essential. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL processes is necessary, along with experience in designing data warehouses, data lakes, and creating dashboards using BI tools like Power BI or Tableau. Familiarity with AI/ML technologies for analytics and predictive modeling is expected, as well as a strong understanding of data lifecycle management and compliance requirements.
In terms of mandatory skills, you should have expertise in managing multi-source data integrations, knowledge of industry-standard KPI frameworks and dashboarding techniques, and the ability to handle client-specific customization requirements. Preferred skills include experience in BPO or IT Outsourcing environments, knowledge of workforce management tools and CRM integrations, hands-on experience with AI technologies and their applications in data analytics, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
