Senior Data Analytics Engineer – STB & Databricks

Key Responsibilities

Analyze STB telemetry and device logs to identify issues, trends, anomalies, and root causes.

• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, Python scripts, and PySpark workflows in Databricks.
• Define and validate KPIs for device performance, firmware upgrades, reboots, crashes, and issue recurrence.
• Use AI tools and machine learning techniques to automate analysis and improve insights.
• Build dashboards and reports to support engineering and business decisions.
• Collaborate with firmware, QA, product, and data engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure data accuracy, scalability, and reliability of analytical solutions.
