Job Description
- As a Marketing Specialist at QDC, you will be responsible for brainstorming creative ideas for marketing campaigns, understanding Annual OKRs, and driving marketing initiatives optimally. You will work on sales enablement with external stakeholders and the sales team, define and execute marketing automation with CRM, and set up GTM Campaigns aligned with the brand positioning of QDC. Running inbound and outbound campaigns to achieve high MQLs and conversions will be a key part of your role.
Your expertise in content development and optimization, social media, email marketing, etc., will be crucial in analyzing marketing data such as campaign results, conversion rates, and traffic to shape future marketing strategies. Collaboration with the sales team to implement campaigns successfully, achieve results, and work with other departments to meet MQL Targets is essential. Additionally, you will liaise with external agencies like developers and designers.

Key Skills required for this role include attention to detail, leadership, content writing, graphic designing, and data analysis and reporting.
