We are looking for enthusiastic Junior Software Developers with strong programming fundamentals, problem-solving skills, and a passion for building scalable software applications. Selected candidates will work on live production systems, APIs, and microservices while receiving hands-on mentorship from experienced software engineers. Required Skills Strong programming knowledge in C, C++, or Java Good understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities Basic understanding of debugging and code optimization Familiarity with Git and version control Understanding of software development fundamentals Key Responsibilities Develop, test, debug, and maintain software applications Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code Work on live applications, backend APIs, and microservices Collaborate with senior developers on feature development and technical improvements Troubleshoot application issues and resolve bugs Participate in code reviews, testing, and development activities Learn industry-standard development practices and modern engineering tools Support application performance, reliability, and scalability improvements Qualifications B.E. / B.Tech / BCA / MCA / M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome Strong understanding of programming fundamentals Academic projects, internships, or practical coding experience are an advantage Willingness to learn and work in a collaborative engineering environment What You'll Gain Hands-on experience working with real-world production systems Practical exposure to APIs, backend development, and microservices Mentorship and technical guidance from senior developers Opportunities to strengthen software engineering and problem-solving skills Exposure to professional software development workflows
