JOB DESCRIPTION
MAIN PURPOSEOF THE JOB
- Accounts Payable, General Ledger Accounting Employees Travel Accounting, Maintaining records and accounting Lease and HP Transactions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB (KRA)
- Carry out the duties and responsibilities as under and also as may be specified by the Company from time to time.
- Accounting of Aircraft Lease Transactions. Accounting of Aircraft Subsidy and Aircraft Maintenance as per the agreements.
- Accounting of other HP / Lease transaction in respect ofVehiclesand other equipment

- Travel Accounting: Accounting employees travel expenses and reimbursement of travel expenses as per Travel Policy and accounting Follow up with employees for settlement of overdue travel advances.
- Corporate Credit Card Accounting: Accounting of employees credit card expenses and follows up with employees for unclaimed debits
- Scrutiny of all P&L Accounts keep information updated in respect of selected accounts; and provides information for MIS / Audit.
