AI Video Production Intern

Qurocare is hiring an AI Video Production Intern in Trivandrum. You will use Google Flow and Gemini Omni alongside traditional editing software to create empathetic, high-quality video content that showcases our tech-enabled home healthcare services.

• Visual Consistency: Delivering videos where characters, uniforms, and settings remain uniform across scenes without AI glitching.
• Empathetic Tone: Creating content that feels warm and trustworthy, avoiding a cold or synthetic AI look.
• Polished Final Cuts: Blending AI generations with clean traditional editing, crisp audio, and correct branding.

You will sit within the Marketing and Brand team, turning scripts into high-impact digital content. Your work directly builds public trust and helps families understand our home care solutions.

• AI Generation: Use Google Flow and Gemini Omni to generate high-fidelity video sequences from scripts.
• Maintain Continuity: Leverage AI reference tagging to keep characters and branding consistent across frames.
• Post-Production: Edit, color-grade, and pace assets using tools like Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Pro.
• Audio Integration: Generate and sync reassuring, high-quality AI voiceovers and soundscapes.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure all outputs match Qurocares official visual identity, colors, and design standards.

• AI Tooling: Hands-on experience with Google Flow/Gemini Omni or similar text-to-video workflows.
• Video Editing: Solid foundational skills in traditional editing software (Premiere, DaVinci, or CapCut).
• Creative Eye: A strong grasp of framing, pacing, and catching visual anomalies.
• Communication: Clear verbal and written skills to collaborate effectively with the creative team.
• Location: Based in or able to commute to our office in Trivandrum.
