This role is not about using AI tools; it's about fundamentally re-imagining our sales and marketing functions through the lens of Agentic AI. You will be the central architect responsible for designing, building, and leading a new class of AI-driven strategies that create a sustainable, intelligent, and hyper-personalized growth model for RAAPID. This is a rare opportunity to move beyond the traditional marketing playbook and invent the next one. </span><b>1. AI GTM Strategy & Implementation </b> <ul> <li><span style="font-weight: 400"> Develop and execute the roadmap for integrating Agentic AI and other advanced AI technologies across the various departments such as sales, marketing, operations, legal, HR, finance etc.. </span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400"> Design, build, and manage autonomous AI agents for tasks such as lead prospecting, personalized outreach, content generation, and market segmentation. </span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400"> Own the AI Martech Stack: Lead the strategic selection, implementation, and ROI justification for all AI-powered GTM technologies, ensuring seamless integration with our existing martech stack (CRM, automation platforms, etc.). </span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400"> Collaborate with product and engineering teams to leverage internal AI capabilities for external GTM initiatives. </span></li> </ul> <b>2. Campaign Optimization & Analytics </b> <ul> <li><span style="font-weight: 400"> Utilize AI to conduct sophisticated analysis of market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance. </span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400"> Develop and manage A/B testing and other experimentation frameworks to continuously refine AI models and marketing tactics. </span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400"> Deliver C-Suite-Level Business Intelligence: Architect and manage the reporting systems that translate AI-driven GTM activities into clear, quantifiable business impact (pipeline, revenue, ROI) for executive leadership.</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400">Translate complex data insights into actionable strategies for the marketing and leadership teams. </span></li> </ul> <b>3.
