Responsibilities
The ideal candidate must have knowledge in Bookkeeping for India.
Candidates should be aware of the statutory compliances- GST, TDS, PF, ESIC.
The Candidate should be willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to be a self-starter, prioritize work, stay organized, and work well in a team environment is critical.
We are looking for a qualified Accounts Executive for maintenance of Accounts Books and aid in summarizing current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.
Substantiates financial transactions by preparation of required documents.
Maintains accounting & financial controls by adhering to the company policies and procedures.
Desired Skills & Competencies
Proven experience in Accounting on a daily basis
Working knowledge of Tally ERP 9 , Online accounting software(QuickBooks) , Microsoft Office.
Good understanding of TDS deduction,GST Compliances ,PF & ESIC.
Remain in close communication with other departments to comprehend their needs and specifications.
PO Creation,vendor payments management,reconciliations and preparation of reports for statutory assessments & management.
Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of accounts.
A team player with outstanding communication.
