Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Semi Senior Associate – Audit & Assurance to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As part of the Audit team, you will support audit engagements, work collaboratively with client-facing teams, and contribute to delivering high-quality audit services in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the preparation of audit strategy and business plans.
• Promotes team environment by building and maintaining rapport with fellow employees.
• Assume responsibility for small components of engagements and contribute to a strong client relationship through interactions with client personnel.
• Produces deliverables that are clear, concise, thorough, and of professional quality and are completed in a timely manner.
• Draft reports that are concise and accurate.
• Participates in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance processes and systems.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Undertaking of CA/CPA/ACCA/ICAEW or equivalent.
• Minimum experience at least 3 years with a Big 4 auditing firm.
• Knowledge in accounting concepts and International Financial Reporting Standards.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills – Arabic Language preferred.
