Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and admissions across all Rainbow Group verticals. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media channels, coordinating content and creatives, overseeing performance marketing initiatives, and driving lead generation for preschool and school admissions. The Digital Marketing Manager will monitor and interpret web analytics, manage budgets, and prepare regular performance reports to inform strategy. The role involves close collaboration with academic, admissions, and management teams to ensure that digital initiatives align with organizational goals and reflect the groups educational values.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing, with experience planning and executing integrated campaigns.
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including strategy, content coordination, and community engagement.
• Experience in Lead Generation, particularly for education or service-based organizations.
• Ability to work with Web Analytics tools to track performance, optimize campaigns, and report insights.
• Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation platforms is beneficial.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Prior experience in the education sector or with schools/preschools is preferred but not mandatory.
