KEY RESPONSIBILITIESBusiness Finance & Performance: Partner with Business Heads, Sales and Delivery leadership to drive revenue growth, profitability, margins and overall business performance. Provide financial insights, challenge assumptions and identify risks and opportunities.FP&A: Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, variance analysis and scenario modelling across business units and geographies, with a focus on improving forecast accuracy and business predictability.MIS & Analytics: Own the management reporting framework and executive dashboards covering key financial and operational KPIs including Revenue, Order Booking, Pipeline, Gross Margin, EBITDA, Utilization, Headcount, Collections and DSO. Ensure timely, forward-looking insights and early warning indicators for management.Revenue Assurance: Oversee revenue recognition, billing, unbilled/deferred revenue and contractual milestones, with strong controls to minimize revenue leakage, billing gaps and margin erosion.Pricing, Deal Evaluation & Negotiations: Provide financial and commercial leadership for strategic and large deals, including pricing, profitability modelling, deal economics, risk assessment and commercial negotiations.Profitability & Commercial Governance: Drive customer, project, service-line and BU profitability reviews; identify margin improvement opportunities and strengthen financial and commercial governance across the organization.Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Lead, mentor and develop the Business Finance & MIS team with clear accountability for outcomes.
