Role: Head – Human Resources & Organization Development

Location: Tarathala , Kolkata

Reporting To: Chairman

The ideal candidate will have a deep, stable career history, having actively participated in a companys growth and professionalization trajectory from within.

Key Strategic Responsibilities

• Organizational Transformation: Lead organizational restructuring initiatives to improve accountability and productivity, defining clear reporting lines and spans of control across all business units.
• Leadership & Succession: Develop second-line leadership, identify high-potential talent, and create robust succession plans for critical business roles.
• Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to the Chairman on all matters related to people, leadership, culture, and organizational capability.
• Cultural Stewardship: Drive large-scale cultural change, facilitating the transition from a promoter-driven model to a structured, professionally managed organization.
• HR Governance & Systems: Build and strengthen core HR systems, policies, and governance mechanisms that support business growth and long-term organizational objectives.
• Performance & Accountability: Drive a high-performance culture by strengthening KPIs, KRAs, and review systems across all departments.

Desired Profile

• Experience: Minimum 15+ years of relevant HR experience, we are looking for individuals who have been an integral part of a companys growth and professionalization journey.
• Background: Proven track record in manufacturing, chemical, or process-industry environments.
• Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institution
