Job Title: Manager – L&D / Technical Training

We are seeking a strong L&D (Learning & Development) professional with expertise in engineering and technical training to lead our training initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive onboarding programs, technical skill modules, skill upliftment plans, and capability-building initiatives tailored for our production, manufacturing, and fabrication teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute onboarding programs for new technical staff.

Design and deliver technical training modules focused on manufacturing, production, and fabrication processes.

Create skill upliftment plans to enhance the technical capabilities of the workforce.

Identify training needs through skill gap analysis and feedback mechanisms.

Implement ongoing capability-building initiatives to ensure continuous improvement.

Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with operational goals.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements accordingly.

Maintain training documentation and reports for management review.

Qualifications & Experience:

B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

12 to 14 years of experience in technical training, preferably in non-metallic manufacturing industries.

Strong understanding of production, manufacturing, and fabrication processes.

Proven track record in developing and implementing technical training programs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead and motivate teams.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of modern L&D tools and techniques.

Experience in skill gap analysis and competency mapping.

Strong organizational and project management skills.
