Sr Manager Credit Risk And Project Finance

JOB RESPONSABILITIES AND TASKS

 Analysing and review Financial Risk Cover Concept:-

to manage and control Credit Risk by

- avoiding Credit Risk by means of successful contract negotiations,

- transferring Credit Risk to third parties such as ECAs, private credit risk insurers, banks, etc.

- having remaining Credit Risk approved in accordance with the Credit Risk Policy

 Reviewing Tender conditions, commenting and providing deviations on the same

 Arranging support to Sales colleagues in completing Sales compliance check List and approval

application review

 Arranging support to Commercial & Project team in finalisation of Letter of Credit, Standby Letter of Credit and Bank Guarantees

 Review the project cash flows and finalise Exposure calculation- Maximum Risk Exposure / Exposure over the time line.

 Monitoring and supervision of credit risk insurance policies.

 Monitoring and supervision of Parent Company Guarantee/ Parent Company Undertaking - Procedure/ Approvals

 Project Financing-

 Support to customer where project financing is needed

 Liasioning with FI/Banks and presentation of projects

 Support in documentation for project financing

 Arranging quote for project finance

 Support and guidance for pre and post financing compliance requirements

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

 Education: Chartered Accountant/MBA

 Experience: 8-10 Years as Rating Analyst/Risk Manager/ Credit appraiser/Risk Underwriter
