Rapido - New Initiatives Lead

Role Summary:
Own a portfolio of new ventures, growth programs and strategic initiatives across Ownly. Responsible for identifying opportunities, building business cases, launching pilots, driving cross-functional execution and determining whether initiatives should scale into meaningful business lines or be discontinued. Success is defined by building sustainable growth engines and durable competitive advantages.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Own ventures from concept to scale.
- Identify opportunities and build business cases.
- Drive execution across product, marketing, business, and operations.

- Define success metrics and run experiments.
- Drive city rollouts and expansion initiatives.
- Influence product prioritization across cross-functional teams.
- Build and optimize operating models for scale.
- Scale successful initiatives or discontinue underperforming ones.
- Own end-to-end business outcomes and performance.
What are we looking for:
- Experience as a startup founder, new business operator, or strategic initiatives.
- Strong commercial judgment and structured problem-solving skills.
- Proven execution rigor with a bias for action and ownership.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale new ventures.
- Ability to influence product direction and drive cross-functional alignment without formal authority.
- Resourceful, creative, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
- Good understanding of business models, unit economics, and scalability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to make data-driven decisions, including discontinuing initiatives that do not work.
