Back End Developer

We're looking for an experienced Backend Engineer to design and build scalable, high-performance systems in a secure, enterprise-grade environment.

Required Expertise

• Proven experience with Node.js and Express in large-scale production environments
• Strong expertise in PostgreSQL (schema design, query optimization, indexing, replication); experience with latest versions and extensions is a plus
• Solid understanding of API design (REST and GraphQL) including versioning, contract management, and security
• Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow or similar DAG-based systems)
  
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in self-hosted/on-premise environments (VMware-based setups preferred)
• Exposure to secure infrastructure environments (air-gapped, restricted networks, enterprise-controlled systems)
• Experience with self-hosted CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab or equivalent)

Strongly Preferred

• Experience working with Headless CMS platforms (e.g., Directus, Strapi), especially with database-native architectures

Get Hired
• Familiarity with Sitecore, particularly in data extraction and transformation
• Experience in large-scale Excel/data ingestion, using tools like pandas/openpyxl with validation frameworks
• Hands-on experience with ElasticSearch (schema design, indexing, hybrid search)
• Knowledge of object storage solutions (e.g., S3-compatible like MinIO) in secure environments
• Exposure to vector databases / pgvector and use cases like semantic search or RAG pipelines
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Loki)
