Role Description This full-time Human Resource internship role is an on-site position based in Surat. The intern will support HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment activities such as screening resumes and scheduling interviews, and helping coordinate onboarding processes. Daily responsibilities may involve supporting the implementation of HR policies, assisting with employee engagement initiatives, and providing administrative support related to attendance, leave, and performance documentation. The intern will collaborate with HR team members and other departments to ensure smooth personnel management and a positive workplace experience.

• Candidates should possess knowledge of Employee Benefits and basic labor regulations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools and comfort with HR-related software.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Interest in the media and entertainment industry and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
