Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Relationship Manager role based in Surat. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client needs, identifying business opportunities, managing communication, preparing and presenting proposals, maintaining existing client relationships, and providing exceptional service. The role will require strategic thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders.

• Ability to identify business opportunities and develop strategies for client growth
• Proficiency in problem-solving and negotiation
• Proven experience in a relationship management or related role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of market research and business development techniques
• Proficiency in relevant software/tools and technology
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in media, entertainment, or related industries is a plus
