A.

- Employee Retention & Maintain minimum Attrition at all Levels

- Talent Acquisition to maintain budgeted Manpower at all levels across Zone

- Ensure Robust and complete Induction/Orientation Program for all New Joiners across Zone

- Ensure 100% Team Efficiency and Development of HR Team members

- Drive Career Progression for Talent Development

- Drive Staff Disciplinary Committee at Zonal Level for maintaining compliance at Work.

- Ensure Proper functioning of BGV process across Zone and timely closure of cases.

- All PMS Process Completion within Timelines at all levels across Zone.

- Ensure all Statutory Compliance adhered as per policy of organization and Law.

- SPOC for Zone Compliance inclu Trade Lic, Shops & Estab and other necessary labour Acts.

- Drive Employee Engagement initiatives and Employee Development Programs for Zone.

- Ensure min 1 state visits per Month and 2 branch visits to establish employee connect

- Drive RnR initiatives (Monthly, Quarterly and Annual) along with Business to promote meritocracy

- Drive 1 Special Project/quarter - Attendance Management System (Biometric Installation at all RO and Branches)

- Bi -Monthly Review with Business on Health & Hygiene, Compliance, EE, Hiring, Attrition, etc
B. Qualifications and Experience Requirement

Qualifications:

Essential : Graduation/ Post Graduation

Experience:

Essential : Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Payroll Processing, Statutory Compliances, Compensation & Benefits

C. Competency Requirements

a. Technical Skills

Financial Services - Strategic, Analytical, Good writing Skills are a must.

- Good understanding of the financial services business / product / credit

Software - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint a must
