*Role*: Performance Marketing Executive

*Key Responsibilities*:

• *WhatsApp Marketing*:
• Plan and execute targeted WhatsApp campaigns to generate leads and engage potential customers.
• Create and manage compelling content for broadcast messages and customer interactions.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for better engagement.
• *Facebook Ads*:
• Design, launch, and monitor Facebook advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
• Create and manage ad creatives, targeting, and budgets to maximize ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine ad performance and audience targeting.
• *Google Ads*:
• Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Display, and YouTube ads.
• Perform keyword research and optimize campaigns for better rankings and visibility.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure cost-effective results.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging visuals and ad copies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in digital marketing.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to the management team.

*Requirements*:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics tools.
• Creative mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

*Preferred*:

• Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint.
• Experience in real estate marketing.
