Sourcing Manager - Residential

We are hiring for one of the client - Leading Builder & Developer.

Role Description

Manager- Sales(Sourcing) will be responsible in developing and managing a strong network of brokers and channel partners in the Thane region, ensuring sustained business growth through strategic partner sourcing and effective relationship management.

Channel Development & Sourcing:

· Identify, evaluate, and onboard new channel partners, including brokers, real estate agents, and agencies across South Mumbai.

· Develop and implement strategic plans to source high-performing channel partners aligned with project targets.

Relationship Management:

· Build and maintain long-term relationships with channel partners, providing regular engagement, support, and resources to enhance their effectiveness.

· Conduct broker meetings, training sessions, and site visits to encourage engagement and boost sales motivation.

Sales Enablement & Support:

· Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and CRM teams to ensure partners are aligned with project offerings, pricing, and promotional plans.

· Track sales funnels and follow up with brokers to ensure lead conversion and alignment with monthly targets.
