Role Description The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial transactions, including recording entries in the general ledger, maintaining accurate books, and reconciling accounts. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing invoices, handling accounts payable and receivable, monitoring cash flow, and supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities. The role involves preparing basic financial reports, assisting with budgets, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations, and coordinating with internal teams and external auditors as needed. The Accountant will also contribute to process improvements, maintain organized financial documentation, and support management with data for decision-making. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong core accounting skills, including general ledger management, account reconciliation, and preparation of financial statements.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in accounting software and tools, such as ERP systems, spreadsheets, and basic financial reporting applications.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of taxation, compliance, and regulatory requirements relevant to corporate and local accounting practices.
