Role Description This full-time Salesforce Developer (Sales Cloud) role is a hybrid position based in the Pune Division, combining on-site collaboration with the flexibility of some work-from-home. The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions, including building and enhancing Visualforce pages and Lightning Web Components. Day-to-day tasks include configuring Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules, integrating Salesforce with other systems, and optimizing performance and usability for end users. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring that solutions support sales processes and reporting needs. The developer will also participate in testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing support, while following best practices for security, data integrity, and change management.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Salesforce.com Development, with a solid understanding of the Salesforce.com platform and Sales Cloud capabilities.
