Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Lead, located in Noida. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring team performance, and ensuring excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include conducting team meetings, training team members, analyzing sales data, and communicating with clients to understand their real estate needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies in alignment with organizational goals and market trends.

• Track sales metrics, analyze data, and generate performance reports to drive improvement and accountability.

• Communicate directly with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Conduct regular training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge, soft skills, and selling techniques.

• Identify process bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve sales operations and customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
