This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Advisor, based in Noida. The Property Advisor will be responsible for guiding clients through property buying and investment processes, providing tailored real estate solutions, managing property transactions, and building lasting relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, analyzing market trends, and promoting valued properties.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and ensure a seamless experience.
• Proficiency in Property Management and Investments to provide expert advice and solutions to clients.
• Basic knowledge of Finance principles as related to real estate transactions, including budgeting and investment analysis.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field is preferred.
