Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers: Work with managers to understand their staffing needs and specific job requirements.
• Create job postings: Develop and write clear and compelling job descriptions to attract qualified candidates.
• Source candidates: Find potential applicants through various methods, such as professional networks (like LinkedIn), job boards, social media, colleges, and community services.
• Screen and vet applicants: Review resumes and conduct initial screenings (often via phone or video) to assess candidates qualifications and experience.
• Coordinate interviews: Schedule interviews and manage the logistics between candidates and the hiring team.
• Extend and negotiate offers: Communicate job offers to selected candidates and manage the negotiation process for salary and benefits.
• Foster talent pipelines: Build and maintain relationships with past applicants and potential candidates for future roles.
• Promote employer brand: Enhance the companys image as an employer to attract more and better-qualified talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
• High-energy and passion
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
