Position Overview

Were seeking an AI-Native Full Stack Developer to build and maintain features across our AI-powered marketplace platform. Youll work on a Node.js backend and Next.js/React frontend, integrating AI agents and LLM capabilities while shipping features that serve both enterprise customers and housing providers in our workforce housing ecosystem.

Role & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain RESTful API endpoints using Node.js and TypeScript
• Develop frontend features and components with Next.js and React
• Write and optimize MySQL database queries and schema changes
• Implement complex business logic and multi-step workflows across the platform
• Integrate AI agents and LLM capabilities using frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph
• Build and deploy serverless applications on AWS
• Write clean, testable, well-structured code following established engineering patterns

Must Have Criteria

• 2–7 years of professional full stack development experience
• Strong proficiency in Node.js for backend development
• Experience building applications with React and Next.js serving 50K+ users
• Working knowledge of MySQL, including writing queries and understanding schema design
• Understanding of RESTful API design and development principles
• Experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3)
• Hands-on experience with LLMs or AI agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph)
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor)

Nice to Have

• Experience with Stripe or other payment platforms
• Familiarity with AWS Amplify or infrastructure-as-code tools
• Background in marketplace, housing, or relocation platforms
• Experience with MySQL stored procedures
