  • Overseeing end-to-end accounting operations, payables, receivables, reconciliations, an

  • . Preparing accurate financial statements, MIS reports, dashboards, and interpreting financial &
  • ;operational data for decision-making
  • . Managing budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and working capital requirements
  • . Ensuring statutory compliance GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings and coordinating annua
  • laudits
  • . Implementing strong internal financial controls and SOPs
  • . Monitoring costs, analysing margins, unit economics, and driving profitability improvements
  • . Handling vendor payments, expense approvals, and ensuring financial discipline across teams
  • . Coordinating with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory bodies
  • . Leading, mentoring, and growing the accounts & finance team
  • . Providing financial insights, risk analysis, and E-commerce-specific reporting (CAC, LTV, ROA
  • Simpact) to support strategic decisions

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred; MBA Finance or M.Com with relevant experience may also app
  • ly. 8+ years of experience in accounts and finance with strong exposure to D2C, E-commerce, retail, or consumer bran
  • ds. Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and statutory requiremen
  • ts. Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.), advanced Excel, and data visualization too
  • ls. Ability to interpret financial & business data into actionable insigh
  • ts. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving minds
  • et. Proven ability to build systems and processes for sca
  • le. Strong leadership and team management skil
